Family
I am the oldest of three girls, born and raised in the suburbs outside Detroit, Michigan. Those Midwest roots instilled in me a strong work ethic, resilience, and a love for family and adventure. I am a military spouse, proud parent to two wonderful girls, including navigating her health and teenage years. Our family cherishes time together—whether on global family adventures or in daily life. At the heart of it all is gratitude for our journey and the strong women who continue to shape our story.
Health
I am incredibly proud of my daughter whose journey has taught our family resilience, advocacy, and the importance of proactive health management. Together we’ve navigated hundreds of doctors visits and supportive therapies. My own health journey through perimenopause, Hashimoto’s, leading me to biohacking, HRT and peptide use. These experiences have deepened my commitment to wellness, longevity, and supporting families facing similar challenges.
Travel
Our family has always embraced travel as one of life’s greatest adventures and bonding opportunities. We’ve created lasting memories skiing, road-tripping through Yellowstone and Mount Rushmore, and enjoying historic visits to Europe, having the opportunity to experience so many cultures.Travel fuels our curiosity, strengthens our resilience, and gives us space to unplug and reconnect. No matter the destination, we return home with fuller hearts and stories that become part of our family legacy.
Building & Design
I have called Florida home for years, where we completed one of many custom builds. I love blending functionality, beauty, and smart investment into spaces that support family life and wellness. This drive to design and build reflects my entrepreneurial spirit, but also my desire to consistently learn new things including carpentry and tile work. Ultimately, I’m excited to create homes that serve our family but also become meaningful legacies for years to come.
